Lost in the garden of Eden

When I talked with my boyfriend about his town, he told me that we must visit one place, and he was sure that I will like it. I didn't liked that place, I loved it from the first time I saw it.
Park Vordenstein is an oasis of peace and nature, an ideal place to escape from busy life and dream. At Vordenstein you can find many different types of flowers and rare vegetables.
I remember this day was one of the hottest days during my holiday in Belgium, and it was difficult to take photos. I present you some shots of this magical place.

Day in nature and picnic

If I had the power to turn back time, it would be this day for sure. Magical day in nature with my love. All day planned for discovering nature of his hometown and picnic. We took a bikes and started our adventure. Schoten is beautiful town, all in green, so peaceful and clean. Excellent place to take a rest from noise of big town like Antwerpen. And it is just 10 kilometers from Antwerpen. For me was so interesting to listen his stories about town and to see the places where he spent his childhood.

We took a lot of photos during our adventure, hop you like it.

Brugge the Venice of the North

When our sea adventure ended, on the way home we visited the town Brugge.
I can say that Brugge has a unique spirit and it is a real vintage town. The town has many canals and people call it "The Venice of the North". We had really nice boat trip through canals, and it is really magical. Town have really big center and it is mostly old and historic.
Brugge is known for lace, a special kind of lace, you can see it on photo. As in all the Belgian towns in Brugge too you can find a lot of shops with delicious Belgian chocolates and sweets.

Thanks again to my love for the lovely photos
